After moving here a few months ago, I can confidently say this is a solid choice for anyone seeking an affordable living option. The mobile homes are surprisingly spacious, and mine came with all the essentials I needed. That being said, the interior could use a little updating, especially the kitchen fixtures, which feel a bit dated. The management team is friendly and eager to help, which is always a plus. One of my favorite aspects is the community vibe; there are always neighbors out and about, and everyone is willing to lend a hand. I was pleasantly surprised by the community garden; I've even started planting my herbs there! The location is convenient, with stores and parks nearby. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend checking it out – it’s not perfect, but it feels like a great place to settle down.

I’m happy I found this place! The community is lively, and there’s always something going on, like potluck dinners. The mobile homes are well-maintained, and the staff is super helpful. I feel safe here and highly recommend it! I just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit stronger.

I moved to this place two months ago, and I’m really enjoying my time here. The atmosphere is friendly, and it's a breath of fresh air compared to my previous living situation. There’s plenty of space around, which allows for pets and kids to play safely. The management has been proactive about maintaining the common areas, which are clean and well-kept. One standout feature is the little playground for kids – my daughter loves it! However, I did experience some hiccups with my initial move-in process, as paperwork took a bit longer than expected. I think they could streamline this process for future residents. Still, it’s been smooth sailing since then! I've been living here for over a year now, and I have to say, this place has truly felt like home for me. The sense of community is remarkable – everyone looks out for one another, and I've made some wonderful friends. The amenities are decent; I love the spacious green areas where I can relax and enjoy the outdoors.
